Booking Desks is a focused workplace booking product for companies that work hybrid and do not want an IT project to organise their office.
Why we built it
Hybrid work made the office unpredictable.
Employees no longer know whether there will be a desk, or a parking space, when they arrive. Office managers juggle spreadsheets, group chats and emails, and still have no reliable picture of how the space is used.
The tools that exist tend to fall into two groups: large workplace suites that need months of rollout, or simple lists that do not understand parking, carpools or a real floor plan.
We set out to own one thing completely: planning an office day. A desk near your team, a parking space if you drive, a clear answer before you leave the house.
For the people running the office, that same product gives control over rules and a clear view of utilisation, set up in a day and in the company's own colours.

A company should go from sign-up to first booking in a day, without installing anything.
Fair by design
Rules like check-in and carpool priority exist to share scarce space fairly, not to police people.

Built in Slovakia, serving companies across Central Europe and the Nordics first.
Booking Desks is operated by Viallo s. r. o. and designed and built by viallo.solutions. We are starting with customers in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Finland, and grow from there with the companies that use us.
