Every release is checked automatically as soon as it goes live, including sign-in, booking rules and the separation of each organisation's data, and a failed check is flagged immediately.
Planned maintenance is announced to administrators by email at least 48 hours ahead and scheduled outside office hours in Central European Time. If something is not working for you but shows as operational here, write to support@booking-desks.com.
