Booking for colleagues, and sign-in with Google and Microsoft
- Book a desk for a colleague: choose from your team first, search the organisation by name or email, or enter the address of someone who has no account yet.
- Colleagues booked for before they had an account are emailed the booking and can sign in straight away.
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft. The first sign-in creates the account when the email is on an allowed domain.
- Password accounts are now created only by invitation.

Open days and closed dates
- Administrators choose which weekdays can be booked.
- Close individual dates such as public holidays. Bookings already made for a closed date are cancelled after a confirmation.

Parking, carpooling and check-in settings
- Book parking spaces from a dedicated section and from the dashboard.
- Carpools of up to five people, with spaces reserved for carpools until 18:00 the evening before.
- Administrators set the check-in window per organisation, or switch check-in off.

- The sign-in and registration screens carry the organisation's logo, colours and name.

- Opening the booking page at a weekend no longer preselects a closed day, which had made every weekday booking fail.

- Every organisation gets its own address, such as yourcompany.booking-desks.com, with its data fully separated.
- Invitations limited to an organisation's email domains.
- Time zone chosen from a list, with your device's zone preselected.
